Cauliflower Fritters are a quick snack recipe which made with Gram flour.ย 


For the batter-


Off On

  1. At first, cut cauliflower into mid-sized florets.

  2. Now boil water with salt and turmeric powder. Now add cauliflower pieces and boil for 2 min. Then remove it and keep aside.

    It removes any insects from cauliflower florets.
  3. Then remove it and keep aside.

  4. Now take a large bowl and add besan, cornflour, baking powder, grated ginger, red chili powder, salt, water. Whisk well and make a smooth batter.

    The batter should be lumps free and thick.
  5. Now heat oil in a deep-frying pan. Then dip boiled cauliflower piece into the batter one by one.

  6. Fry until golden colour.

    Make sure the pan is not overloaded, there should be a gap between two pakoras.
  7. Now Cauliflower Fritters are ready.

  8. Serve with a cup of tea or coffee for evening snack. Enjoy!
