Sweet Lime Juice is a very healthy and perfect tropical drink which is made with sweet lime, sugar, salt and water.

  1. At first, chop the sweet lime into two halves. Then chop again into small pieces and remove every seed.

    Remove all the seeds very carefully. If any seeds are there during grinding, the juice will become bitter in taste.
  2. Now peel the skin with the help of knife.

  3. Then put all the pieces into a blender and add sugar, salt, water.

  4. Now blend until all the ingredients mix well.

  5. Then take a large bowl and use a strainer to extract the juice.

  6. Now mash the pulp to extract the juice by using a spoon.

  7. Pour the juice into a glass.

  8. Garnish with a slice lime and serve immediately. Enjoy!
