At first, chop almonds and cashew.

Then take boiled milk in a large bowl.

Keep short grained rice in the water for 30 min and wash later.
Making Rice Kheer

Then heat ghee in a kadai and fry chopped dry fruits until they turn golden.

Now take another pot and add milk. Boil milk on the medium flame. When the milk starts boiling, slow down the heat to low flame.

Then add bay leaf and green cardamom.

Now add rice and mix well.

Then add sugar and cook for 2 min on low flame.

Now add roasted dry fruits and mix well.

Cook on low flame for 5 min or the milk has reduced in half and the milk is soft.

Now Rice Kheer is ready and garnish with roasted nuts. Enjoy!
